This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) forms part of your agreement with Edgelytics Ltd and applies to your use of the Coreva service (the “Service”).

Its purpose is to protect the sustainability of the Service so that as many subscribers as possible can access advised lines and odds.

1. Principle

You must not use the Service in a way that is reasonably likely to cause immediate bookmaker line or odds movements solely attributable to your activity.

The Service is provided for individual, fair, ordinary use only. We do not provide staking or bet-placement strategy advice.

2. Ground Rules

• Use automation of any kind (bots, scripts, auto-clickers) to act on alerts.
• Redistribute alerts in real time or allow others to act on your subscription.
• Act on behalf of a bookmaker or third party to move prices or lines.
• You remain responsible for compliance with bookmaker terms and applicable laws.

3. Monitoring (Correlation-Based)

To protect service integrity, we operate proportional monitoring focused on correlation indicators.

We analyse correlations between:

• Alert engagement timing — when an alert is delivered and when you click to reveal it.
• Market movement timing — the first observed odds or line movement in our independent market feeds.

These indicators help us form a reasonable belief about whether a subscriber’s behaviour is repeatedly and closely associated with first moves. We do not claim to prove causation.

Assessments are not solely automated and always include human review before any adverse action.

We do not ingest bookmaker stakes or account data. Monitoring is limited to our alert logs and independent market feeds.

4. Process & Outcomes

• Heads-up — if concerning correlations are detected, we will notify you and share high-level metrics.
• Follow-up — persistent patterns may result in a formal warning and request to reduce indicators.
• Cancellation (rare) — continued strong correlation after prior contact may result in cancellation. If cancelled solely for fair-usage reasons after warning, unused subscription time will be refunded pro-rata.

You may reply to any notice to provide context. We review all responses promptly and fairly. Aside from the pro-rata refund above, no additional compensation is payable.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

For this FUP, we process only what is necessary: alert delivery/open timestamps, independently observed market-move timestamps, and derived correlation metrics.

Data is retained only as long as required for service integrity and dispute handling. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

6. Relationship with Core Terms

This FUP forms part of our Terms & Conditions . Breach of this policy may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms.

Nothing in this FUP alters the Service’s informational-only nature or any applicable disclaimers.

7. Updates

We may update this FUP from time to time. The version date above will be updated and material changes will be notified in-app or via email/Telegram.
