This Privacy Policy describes how Edgelytics Ltd ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our services, including our website, Telegram bot, and subscription products (the Service). 1. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

1.1 Telegram Data – your Telegram user ID, username/handle, and confirmation of acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and related policies.

1.2 Subscription & Payment Data – information provided by Stripe when you subscribe (e.g., name, email, billing address, payment method, transaction history). We do not store your full payment card details; these are processed securely by Stripe.

1.3 Website & Support Data – information you provide if you contact us (e.g., name, email, message content).

1.4 Technical Data – logs of alerts sent, API calls, and standard analytics/telemetry relating to Service performance.

1.5 Click Data – when you open or interact with an alert, we log the time the alert was delivered and the time you clicked to open it.

1.6 Pseudonymous Identifiers – to support account reactivation and reduce risk, we store a pseudonymous identifier derived from your Telegram account rather than the raw identifier.

1.7 Fair‑Usage Metrics – derived indicators built from alert delivery/open timestamps and independently observed market‑move timestamps (no bookmaker stakes/account data).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

2.1 Service Delivery – to provide you with access to alerts, predictions, and related content.

2.2 Payments & Subscriptions – to manage billing, invoicing, and renewals.

2.3 Account Management – to record your acceptance of Terms & Conditions/Privacy/Fair Usage Policy, handle support requests, and manage your subscription.

2.4 Legal Compliance – to maintain records as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting).

2.5 Communications – to send you essential service messages.

2.6 Marketing (optional) – if you have given consent, to send you updates about our products. You can opt out at any time.

2.7 Service Analysis – to analyse how subscribers engage with alerts (including click/open data), monitor performance, improve our models and delivery, and prevent misuse (e.g., account sharing). We analyse alert delivery/open timing and market‑move timing to improve the Service and detect misuse. Where we use personal data, our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We minimise identifiers and anonymise datasets when we no longer need identified data.

2.8 Fair Usage Monitoring – to protect service integrity for all subscribers, we analyse correlations between alert open times and independently observed market‑move timestamps. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We do not use your bookmaker account data or stakes for this purpose. Decisions are not made solely by automated means; human review occurs before any adverse action. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and we will assess your request.

2.9 Direct Marketing (email) – we may send you product news and offers (i) with your consent, or (ii) under the soft opt‑in where you purchased (or negotiated to purchase) similar services from us and were given a clear opportunity to opt out at collection and in each message. You can opt out at any time; we’ll keep a suppression list to honour your choice.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contract – where processing is necessary to provide the Service you subscribe to.
  • Legal obligation – for record‑keeping, tax, and compliance purposes.
  • Legitimate interests – service integrity, misuse detection, analytics, and—where relying on soft opt‑in—email marketing.
  • Consent – email marketing where required.

4. Sharing Your Data

We may share your data with:

  • Stripe – for secure payment processing.
  • Telegram – to deliver alerts (your Telegram ID is used).
  • Service providers – e.g., hosting or IT support, under appropriate data protection terms.
  • Legal authorities – where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers

Some providers (e.g., Stripe, Telegram) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), plus any additional measures as required.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above:

  • Subscription/payment records – 7 years (for tax compliance).
  • Consent logs (e.g., T\&Cs/Privacy/FUP acceptance) – 7 years (accountability).
  • Support emails – up to 2 years.
  • Dormant accounts & reactivation – when you cancel, we switch your account to dormant. We keep a minimal account locator (e.g., email, consent logs, Stripe customer ID, and a pseudonymous identifier derived from your Telegram account) for up to 36 months to support reactivation and to honour past consents. If you prefer not to be retained for reactivation, you can request erasure at any time.
  • Alert/click logs for analytics – on cancellation (or after 12 months), we anonymise these logs by removing direct identifiers and any linkage back to you. We may retain anonymised analytics indefinitely.
  • Fair‑usage metrics – retained for the duration of your subscription and for a short period thereafter for dispute handling, then anonymised or deleted.
  • Email for marketing – kept until you opt out; we retain your email on a suppression list indefinitely to ensure we don’t contact you again.

We may keep data longer only where necessary to comply with law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; where we do so, processing is restricted to that purpose.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances (including processing based on legitimate interests).
  • Request transfer of your data (“data portability”).
  • Withdraw consent (where consent is the basis for processing).

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@esocceredge.com. We may require proof of identity.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://www.ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no internet or electronic transmission is ever completely secure.

9. Children

Our Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/Telegram bot with the revised “last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in‑bot.
