These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Edgelytics Ltd, as well as its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you (“you”, “customer”, “subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1.1. We provide model-driven predictions, probabilities, and odds comparisons for eSoccer matches. 1.2. The service is informational and entertainment only — it is not betting, financial, or investment advice. 1.3. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. 1.4. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on information from the Service.
2.1. We do not guarantee profits, winnings, or success. 2.2. Charts, figures, and examples are illustrative only, not promises. 2.3. Past performance does not guarantee future results. 2.4. The Service and all information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance. 2.5. Odds, markets, and availability change rapidly. We have no duty to update previously sent alerts or materials, and figures may become inaccurate due to latency, API issues, or market movements. 2.6. You use the Service at your own risk. We will not be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information.
3.1. Gambling carries risk: you may lose money. 3.2. Only gamble if you are over 18 (or the legal age in your country) and can afford to lose. 3.3. If you experience issues, visit BeGambleAware. 3.4. We do not encourage or promote gambling.
4.1. You must comply with your bookmaker’s rules. 4.2. We are not liable if your bookmaker limits, suspends, or closes your account. 4.3. We are not responsible for disputes between you and bookmakers. 4.4. We do not encourage or condone the breach of bookmaker terms and conditions. If you choose to use our information in a manner that violates bookmaker rules (including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, using third-party data where prohibited, or bonus abuse), you do so entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for any actions taken against you by bookmakers or regulators as a result of such conduct. 4.5. We have no obligation to monitor your bookmaker activity or to verify your compliance with bookmaker terms or applicable laws.
5.1. We use third-party APIs and bookmaker data. Accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed. 5.2. We do not recommend or endorse any bookmaker or website. 5.3. You must do your own checks before using third-party services. 5.4. We are not responsible if you use unlicensed or fraudulent bookmakers.
6.1. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 6.2. Outages may occur due to system failures, API errors, or Telegram downtime. 6.3. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. 6.4. Despite reasonable efforts, errors or omissions may occur. We are not responsible for any results obtained or decisions made based on mistaken, delayed, or incomplete information. 6.5. We do not warrant that the Service, data feeds, or any files sent through Telegram/our systems are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security safeguards.
7.1. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. 7.2. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. 7.3. Fees are paid in advance and non-refundable (unless we state otherwise).
8.1. All content belongs to Edgelytics Ltd or our licensors. 8.2. You may not copy, resell, or share our content without permission.
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Financial losses or betting losses;
Bookmaker account closures or restrictions;
Any indirect or consequential damages. 9.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
10.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgelytics Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11.1. You must be 18+ (or legal gambling age in your country). 11.2. You are responsible for ensuring our service is legal in your jurisdiction.
12.1. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages or failures of third-party providers (APIs, bookmakers, data centres, Telegram), internet failures, acts of God, government action, or labour disputes.
13.1. The Service may include links to third-party websites or services (including bookmakers). These are provided for convenience only; we do not control or endorse them and make no guarantees as to their accuracy, timeliness, legality, reliability, or availability. 13.2. You access third-party sites at your own risk and must review their terms and policies. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites.
14.1. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
15.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published.
16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 16.2. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17.1. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Edgelytics Ltd.
18.1. Relationship of Parties – Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between us. 18.2. Assignment – You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganisation. 18.3. Waiver – A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. 18.4. Severability – If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 18.5. Survival – Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and any terms which by their nature should survive, survive termination.
19.1. Fair Usage. You must not use the Service in a manner reasonably likely to cause immediate bookmaker line or odds movements solely attributable to your activity. 19.2. No Automation. You must not use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to act on alerts. 19.3. No Real-Time Redistribution. Do not share alerts in real time or permit third parties to act on your subscription. 19.4. Monitoring. We operate proportional, correlation-based monitoring using alert delivery/open timestamps and independently observed market move timestamps. Assessments are not solely automated and include human review. 19.5. Remedies. If, in our reasonable opinion and sole discretion, your use breaches this clause, we may pause or terminate your access. If we cancel solely for fair-usage reasons after a prior written warning, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis. Aside from that refund, no further compensation is payable. 19.6. No Strategy Advice. The Service is informational only and does not include staking or bet-placement advice.
